Reports have it that both the defence and plaintiff counsels were already present.<\/p>\n<p>Recall that Farotimi was detained because of the defamation charges levelled against him by Afe Babalola.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday, he was granted bail of N50 million with surety of like sum.
