The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has declared Deputy Superintendent of Customs (Pilot) Olanike Nafisat Balogun as its first female pilot.<\/p>\n
In a statement issued by the Customs\u2019 National Public Relations Officer, Abdullahi Maiwada, stated that Olanike Balogun, native of Odo-Otin Local Government Area, Osun State joined the customs service in 2002 as a customs assistant.<\/p>\n
He further noted that Balogun was a member of the cabin crew in the air wing unit her determination paved way for her.<\/p>\n
Balogun stated the she faced so many challenges for choosing public service over aircraft deals.<\/p>\n
