A former Nigerian president, Olusegun Obasanjo, has said that the plans of any leader chosen by God will flourish unlike the one chosen by Satan.<\/p>\n
In a zoom interactive session tagged \u201cBoiling Point Arena\u201d<\/em>, Obasanjo said that the devil also have plans to enthrone a leader that he can use to display his vices.<\/p>\n He noted that the ones chosen by God usually record series of success in the journey.<\/p>\n Obasanjo noted, \u201cAnd again people saying all leaders are made by God, I don\u2019t accept that. A leader can also be made by Satan. In the case of Job, you can remember Satan was going up and down and went before God and God was commending Job but Satan said Job was upright to God because he has gotten from God.”<\/em><\/p>\n While addressing the bad governance in the country, he urged leaders to fight corruption in the country.<\/p>\n He said, \u201cWe must accept that Satan is real and he has power, he has no salvation but he has power and the power of Satan must not be underrated.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n He noted that the fight against corruption “is not a one day affair. It\u2019s not a one regime affair. It\u2019s not even a two regime affair. It has to be consistent. it has to be continual. It has to be a daily affair.
