The Special Adviser to the state governor on Religious Affairs, Engineer Imrana Ibn Usman, expressed deep gratitude to Kuwait Blind Association during the presentation.<\/p>\n
Usman explained that the donation comprises of six-volume sets, each representing a complete Qur\u2019an.<\/p>\n
He said, \u201cThe Braille Qur\u2019ans will enable visually impaired students to study the Qur\u2019an just like their sighted counterparts, a significant step in fostering inclusivity.”<\/em><\/p>\n He guaranteed the school management that he would relay the institution’s challenges to the government and also, promised that the government will look into it.<\/p>\n He pointed out the establishment of a Special Needs Commission and the appointment of board members to help the special children.<\/p>\n The school\u2019s principal, Malam Abubakar Yahaya Ambursa said, \u201cBefore now, our school did not possess a single complete Braille Qur\u2019an.This donation has filled a critical gap, ensuring both students and teachers have personal copies.”<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" At Kebbi State School for Special Needs, Birnin Kebbi, Kuwait Blind Association has donated 150 Braille copies of the Holy Qur\u2019an to visually impaired students.
