A student of Knowledge International School, Billiri LGA of Gombe State, Sumayya Adam, won the female category of the state\u2019s 2024 Qur\u2019anic Quiz Competition.<\/p>\n
The event held in Bajoga, Gombe was organized for all the Qur\u2019anic reciters across the state. After the compiled results, Sumayya got the first place and cash price of \u20a6500,000.<\/p>\n
The event was honoured by Hon. Dr. Egla Idris, Chairperson of Billiri LGA and founder of Knowledge International School, along with Dr. Fatima Binta Bello, chairperson of Shongom LGA.<\/p>\n
Dr. Egla Idris expressed deep gratitude for Sumayya’s achievement while connecting it to the parents’ support and school Islamic instructors.<\/p>\n
Dr. Egla said, \u201cThis is a landmark accomplishment for the Muslim Ummah and the entire Billiri community.
