A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Olabode George, has urged the party\u2019s 2023 presidential candidate and former vice president, Atiku Abubakar to rethink about plans of contesting in the upcoming 2027 election noting that he will be 81 years old during that period.<\/p>\n
It was during his 79th birthday press conference which was attended by notable party members including Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour.<\/p>\n
He said, \u201cTo Atiku, my advice is this: you will be 81 in 2027, and you\u2019ve been contesting for the presidency since 1993. It\u2019s time to calm down and act like an elder.
