Kwara State Government has stated that any public sector worker that does not have a valid registration number will not be paid November salary and bonuses.<\/p>\n
In a statement issued by the Commissioner of Finance, Dr Hauwa Nuru, the public sector workers dho are yet to register with the Kwara State Residents Registration Agency (KWSRRA), should do so immediately.<\/p>\n
She noted that a directive have been issued mandating all state employees across the 16 local government areas to complete their registration.<\/p>\n
She said, \u201cEffective November 2024, workers who have not registered will not receive salary payments or bonuses.<\/em><\/p>\n \u201cThe KWSRRA registration is a vital step toward establishing a comprehensive and accurate database that enables us to serve Kwara State residents more effectively.”<\/em><\/p>\n She further explained that the registration \u201cstrengthens its payroll system, enhances service delivery and builds trust in the processes.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n She added, \u201cThe integrity of our data impacts all our financial and administrative systems. A complete database helps us make informed decisions, allocate resources efficiently and ensure that every eligible worker is compensated fairly and accurately.<\/em><\/p>\n \u201cAll state employees who have not yet registered are urged to promptly visit the nearest KWSRRA registration centre to complete their enrollment.<\/em><\/p>\n \u201cBy following this directive, Kwara State is working to establish a more efficient and equitable system for its workforce and residents alike.”<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Kwara State Government has stated that any public sector worker that does not have a valid registration number will not be paid November salary and bonuses.
