Former Big Brother Naija contestant Angel Smith has responded to allegations made by her boyfriend Soma’s ex-girlfriend.<\/p>\n
Report’s had it that Soma’s ex-girlfriend, Hilda, had come forward with allegations of physical abuse and emotional manipulation, sharing evidence to support her claims. She asserts that Soma’s violent behavior left her fearful and silenced, but she eventually confided in her mother, who took action against him, dismissing his supposed innocence.<\/p>\n
Now Hilda has released damning evidence to corroborate her claims of abuse, proudly stating that she has broken free from the fear and intimidation Soma once used to control her.<\/p>\n
In response to Hilda’s abuse allegations against Soma, Angel Smith took to Twitter, alleging that Hilda had also targeted her, sharing her phone number in a friend’s group chat and orchestrating an attack. Feeling unfairly villainized, Angel expressed resignation, stating that she’s come to realize she’ll only receive love and sympathy after she’s gone.<\/p>\n
She futher stated that she was slut-shamed and had her number shared with others, leading to harassment as late as 3 am. Despite this, Angel feels she’s being portrayed as the villain. She’s questioning why Hilda’s supporters aren’t holding her accountable for leaking screenshots that insulted Angel and called her an idiot.<\/p>\n
“It is Angel always, I have already accepted that the only time I will be loved is when I actually die.<\/em><\/p>\n You are so silly, I should get harassed? I never said she was not a victim, but she slutshamed me; her friends called my phone at 3 am harassing me, u did nothing, but Angel must be the villain. Not once did I insult her. Where were you when her friends leaked screenshots insulting me, called me by 3 am, calling me an idiot?<\/em><\/p>\n How actually fucking dare you guys? Did I say I didn\u2019t believe her, did I ever discount her story? All I asked was why I just be collateral. Why am I a prost\u012btute? If she was a victim, what made her think I was not one as well? Who tf is a perfect victim? When she shaded me for days, not one word was said.<\/em><\/p>\n But I just be the one to hold space for who did not hold space for me.
