Thomas Oyode, has demanded for N200 million ransom for his release.<\/p>\n<p>Recall that the gunmen attacked <a href=\"https:\/\/www.news.naijatraffic.ng\/gunmen-kidnaps-rector-during-edo-seminary-prayers\/\">Immaculate conception Minor seminary<\/a> where they abducted the Reverend Father Oyode.<\/p>\n<p>The kidnappers contacted the Catholic Diocese of Auchi, led by Bishop Gabriel Dunia on Monday evening, demanding for N200 million ransom.<\/p>\n<p>A source stated, <em>\u201cOn Monday evening, the kidnappers contacted the Auchi Catholic Diocese and asked them to pay N200 million if they want them to release the priest.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAs of Monday, negotiation with the kidnappers was yet to commence and I don\u2019t know if the Catholic family will discuss it.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The Director of Communications of the Catholic Diocese of Auchi, Rev.
