Kano State Governor, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, has re-commissioned the Bamalli Nuhu Maternity Hospital as his initiative to reduce maternal and child mortality rate.
This statement was issued by the governor’s spokesperson, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, on Thursday while addressing attendees at the hospital.
Governor Yusuf emphasized the importance of maintaining the newly installed equipment and cleanliness of the environment.
He further promised the people of Kano that his administration is working hard to ensure quality healthcare.
He declared the contracts for the renovation of all General Hospitals across the State. It was during the event that he distributed the medical supplies to hospitals.
