Nollywood star Funke Akindele clashed with a Twitter user who publicly criticized her work ethic.
The Twitter user confessed that she draws motivation from the acclaimed filmmaker, Funke Akindele, admitting that whenever she feels like taking a break, she thinks of Funke’s tireless work ethic and pushes herself to keep going.
“Sometimes I want to rest, and I remember Funke Akindele is not resting.”
Disagreeing with her, Funke noted that she takes some time off to rest well.
“Na lie. I dey rest wella”.
Several of Funke Akindele’s colleagues and fans sided with the Twitter user, agreeing that Funke’s relentless work ethic is indeed inspiring.
